Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & PAYMENT $11.90 per child (including GST) Minimum booking: 50 children ($595) Bookings are considered pending until the required deposit has been received. Once the deposit is paid, the booking will be confirmed. A $300 deposit is required to secure your show date. The deposit is non-refundable, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. The remaining balance will be invoiced after the show based on actual attendance, subject to the 50-child minimum. RESCHEDULING We understand that illness outbreaks and unexpected circumstances can sometimes affect group bookings. If a genuine illness outbreak or circumstance outside the client’s reasonable control means the show cannot go ahead, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally at least 24 hours before the show. Where appropriate, one reschedule may be arranged, subject to availability. The rescheduled show must take place within 30 days of the original booking date, with the $300 deposit transferred to the new date. If the rescheduled booking is not used within 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for any future booking. CANCELLATIONS & CALL-OUTS If the client cancels, the $300 deposit will be retained, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. If our team has travelled to the venue and arrived ready to deliver the show, but the client is unable or chooses not to proceed, this will be treated as a call-out. The $300 deposit will be retained and the client may be charged the remaining amount required to meet the $595 minimum booking fee. This covers the time, preparation and travel allocated to the booking. The client is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and ready at the agreed time. IF WE NEED TO CANCEL In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the show due to serious illness, an emergency or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible and, where practical, offer an alternative date. If we cannot provide the show or agree on an alternative arrangement, the deposit will be refunded, subject to Australian Consumer Law. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By paying the deposit, the client confirms they have read, understood and accepted these terms. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
